A candidate contesting the presidency of the Monrovia District Men Organization and current president
of the James Edward Marshall Memorial United Methodist Church men organization says, the Men
Organization of the Monrovia District Conference of the United Methodist Church is at the cross roads
and requires people that have an appreciable level of understanding of the Church at the helm of its
Leadership.
Speaking on the program ‘Election is not War’ on the United Methodist Radio Baryou Wallace said, his
desire for the leadership of the Men’s organization of the district is built around several key pillars that
are focused on reconciliation, accountability, transparency, teamwork, empowerment and spirituality.
Mr Wallace however noted that the pillars on which he contesting are fundamental areas of the Church
that are needed to be strengthen for the forward movement of the Monrovia District Men Organization
and the United Methodist Church in general.
He then indicated that there is a need for reconciliation across the Monrovia District Men Organization
of the Church because it is currently divided on different lines.
