The guest speaker at the 6th and 4th graduation ceremony of the Versatile Vocational Training Center and the Lewis Togba School of Journalism and media services encourages Liberians to take advantage of vocational education if the country must resurrect like other nations on the African continent.
Speaking at the event, Director General of Liberia Civil Aviation Authority Attorney George Mulbah warned the graduates against putting their certificates down while also calling on them to have passion for what have being learned by simply putting it into practice.

Atty. Mulbah at the same time promised 20 scholarships to young Liberians desirous of engaging into the attainment of vocational knowledge at the VVTC.
The Director General at LCAA and also a senior member of the ruling Coalition for Democratic change also reminded those in attendance at the program of the ruling political establishment fullest commitment to providing a level plain field for the conduct of the October 10 General and Presidential elections in the country.

He then scratched out the issue of vote ragging from the CDC’s strategy for a one round victory in the upcoming elections.
For his part, the Founder and Board Chairman of VVTC and the Lewis Togba School of Journalism and Media Services, Mr. Lewis Togba said, vocational education is the surest way for Liberians to participate in the development of the country.
The VVTC board chairman is however encouraging parents to allow their children to get fully involve in the learning of trade for their own good as it enables a person to benefit from the works of their hands.
At the same time, the vice president of the National Association of Science and TVET institutions Lousine Talawally called on the government of Liberia including NGOs to the need in helping the private sector when it comes to the provision of technical and vocational education across the country simply because they are many in numbers and can be found in everywhere.
